Hello, Tokyo.

And we're off! Well, not so much 'we are' off, rather than, 'we were' off. This is a post trip blog, as we unfortunately didn't have time (read: make time) to write as we journeyed around Japan. None the less, this isn't really serving for anyone's entertainment purposes, but really just written with the intent of preserving our own memories.

Without further ado...

We were lucky to have some of our friends and family seeing us off at the airport. Although we weren't going to be gone for long, it seemed like everyone felt we were leaving for good!
